All orders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt unless ordered during a stat holiday. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know exactly when your package is being placed in the mail.
International customers should be aware of any import taxes, duties or tariffs. Sweat Under Gear is not responsible for any taxes that your local customs/imports department charge.
Returns
Sweat Under Gear takes pride in offering you high quality products. However, we do understand that from time to time problems might occur.
In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at orders@sweatundergear.com to organise a replacement for your purchase.
Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge, and refund you the return shipping costs. We just might also add a little something extra for your troubles.
If the item is deemed to be misused then we are unable to offer a refund.
If you accidently order the wrong size please contact us at orders@sweatundergear.com and we will happily exchange the item for the right size.
It is important however, that the item be returned unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items bought on our website, cannot be refunded or exchanged in a store that carries our product. Please return to that store.

Laundering
Sweat Under Gear strides to produce the best under gear by using only the finest materials and workmanship available. Unfortunately, regular laundering as well as the daily use of any products are tough on fabric-based items.
Natural signs of wear like any cloth product may occur. However, with proper care and laundering, you can protect your investment.
Always wash with 'similar' colors, and turn your briefs inside-out for best results.
Wash using mild detergent and cold water. We do not recommend using any bleach.
Tumble dry on medium heat. Dryer sheets can be added to soften the fabrics.
Following the above care will enhance your enjoyment as well as extend the life of the brief.
A Note To International Customers
We are not always able to verify names and addresses to ship orders purchased via a credit card.
If you find this an issue, you can pay for an order using an International Money Order or a certified cheque in US Funds.
